Second 18 round in history on beton

A perfect round of 18 on beton is a quite rare achievement. It has only been made once before in history by Stefan Björk in Skoghall in 2005 on a local small competition. This time it was made in a national competition (Badische Meisterschaft ) by Bertold Großmann of MGC Sulzfeld.
Berthold is not a start or a well known player and he started this tournament with 31 and 30 on beton and in the third lap he made the round of his life and completed the perfect 18. An interesting fact is that even though he made this perfect round he was not close winning his class and is currently in fourth position.
The official world record of 19 (which is only counted on international championships) was made by Karel Molnar, Czech Republic, in Vizela, Portugal in 2012.
We hope to update this with more information and possibly links to videos as we get hold of them.
