First WMF-approved minigolf course opened in Turkey

The first minigolf course in Turkey with a WMF competition license was built and certified in December 2008. The opening ceremony of this eternite course in Bursa, western Turkey, was on 13 March 2009, at the beginning of the long and warm summer season in Turkey.

After the opening ceremony, WMF Youth Officer Pasi Aho gave a public training session at the minigolf course. Some 25 students attended the training session, learning the first basics of minigolf playing technique and strategy.

Thats a good step in the right direction for minigolf. This would be the perfect location to have some European Cup in october.....
