Today the annual 24h marathon in MunktellArenan in Eskilstuna starts, at 11am. As usual, the winners of the last years, Peter Samuelsson/Lars Brown from Uppsala BGK are favourites. However, this year they meet a tough challenge, as C-J Ryner plays together with Anders Olsson (both Uppsala BGK).

There are of course also several other good players and also not less than 7 pairs from Finland.

The competition will be played over 22 rounds, and thereafter 4 more rounds for the 18 best pairs.

Results can be followed LIVE at the link below, as well as webcamera, statistics etc.

Well done Lars! :) I admit that I' envying you all that are playing in Eskilstuna. I'd really liked to be there again this year, but I'm forced to play the 1st day of our League on a course that I hate :(:(

Noticed that Lars Brown had broken the Swedish record of 59 aces in a row. On round 5-8 he played 67 aces in a row (19-18-18-19). Congrats Lars!
