There's a 12-hole eternit miniaturegolf course located at thecentre:MK shopping mall in Milton Keynes, England. It'll be there until the end of September 2014:

Last year the same company had a 12-hole Jurassic Mini Golf course set-up at thecentre:MK, again it was a eternit course with felt on it. This year it's at the Oracle Shopping Centre in Reading.
