It has been 3 months since the elections to the federation of France rose. I am now part of the executive board as vice chairman.
We are a young team with experience but can we have the advantage of having the urge and not be forced to conflicts that would prevent people from France to evolve as it should.
We Philippe Lhéritier as technical director but he has already resigned from his post. We're looking for someone who can have the skills to take over serious, but not France the level is such that there are few people who have the potential and those who are not interested.

Development.
Since its a few months the majority of clubs have organized activities for the public to the world of competition. Projects are under study on the construction of mini golf. Jean-Pierre Gonthier responsible for establishment of new ground to finish in Balaruc, one which has so far 9 holes Bourges. Roanne A club is struggling to build a second ground that could accommodate international championships. For my part I do a business plan for the construction of a mini golf in door.

Communication.
We are working on a new logo, new website, on introducing the mini-flyers to the public and the federation.
We let the press talk about us more and more. And we communicate more with you and the other federations.

Admin.
We are a working group to update the various statutes and regulations, we challenge road courses and tutorials and arbitrations.

All this will take time and we welcome any assistance you might provide. A bientôt.

A la fédération Française

Bonjour,
Ça fait maintenant 3 mois que les élections à la fédération de France sont passées. Je fais maintenant partie du bureau directeur en tant que vice-président.
Nous sommes une équipe jeune avec peux d'expérience mais nous avons l'avantage d'avoir envie et de ne pas être contraint aux conflits de personnes qui empêche la France d'évoluer comme il faut.
Nous avions Philippe Lhéritier comme directeur technique mais il a encore et déjà démissionné de son poste. Nous sommes donc à la recherche d'une personne pouvant avoir les compétences pour prendre la relève sérieusement, mais ne France le niveau est telle qu'il y a peu de monde qui ont le potentiel et ceux qui l'ont ne sont pas intéressé.

Développement.
Depuis ses quelque mois la majorité des clubs ont organisé des actions visant le public au monde de la compétition. Des projets sont à l'étude sur la construction de mini golf. Jean-Pierre Gonthier chargé aux implantations nouvelles à fini un terrain à Balaruc, un autre qui a pour l'instant 9 trous à Bourges. A Roanne le club se bat pour la construction d'un deuxième terrain qui pourrait voir accueillir des championnats internationaux. Pour ma part je fais un business plan pour la construction d'un minigolf in door.

Communication.
Nous travaillons sur un nouveau logo, nouveau site internet, sur des flyers présentant le minigolf au public ainsi que la fédération.
Nous faisons en sorte que la presse parle de nous de plus en plus. Et nous communiquons de plus en plus avec vous et les autres fédérations.

Administratif.
Nous constituons un groupe de travail qui va mettre à jour les statuts et divers règlement, nous remettons en route des cours d'arbitrages et de monitorats.

Tout cela va prendre du temps et nous acceptons volontiers toutes aides que vous pourriez nous apporter. A bientôt.
