Günter Inmann and Elisabeth Gruber is the new Austrian Champions. They won quite impressively in their classes. Günter with 9 strokes in the mens class and Elisabeth with 8 strokes in the ladies class.

The Championship was played on etrnite and beton in Bishofshofen. Tomorrow there is a second championship starting called the "Staatsmeisterschaften". This is the Knock-Out continium from todays competitions. This Austrian model was planned to also be the model for WMF Championship, but the TC in WMF could not agree to propose this change.

In second position in the ladies class was Birgit Cernicek and in third we find Karin Heschl.

In the mens class we find Manfred Lindmayr in silver position and Rupert Westenthaler in bronze.
