Hole Ridders defeats Oirschot in third match Dutch league

Last sunday the third round of the Dutch league was played in Afferden on their concrete course. The leader of the league, MGC Oirschot had not such a good start with 124 strokes in the first round and a combined third place with Hole Ridders (Ridderkerk). MGV Duno (Doorwerth) took the lead with a good round of 118 strokes before Zoetermeer with 120 strokes.
The second round changed the table. Duno had now a very bad round with 131 strokes and also Zoetermeer lost their place after a round af 129 strokes. Oirschot took the lead after a good round of 116 strokes just before Hole Ridders with 118 strokes.
After the third round Hole Ridders took the lead from Oirschot by deteating them with 117-121. Duno had now a good round of 116 strokes and took third place.
The last round was also won by Hole Ridders with 116 strokes and they defeated Oirschot with a rather big difference 116-126 and that was more than enough for Hole Ridders to win the third match with a total of 475 strokes. Oirschot came second with 487 strokes just before Duno with 489 strokes. The best round this match was played by last years runner-up Appelscha with 112 strokes. Appelscha became fourth with 491 strokes.
