Sean Homer remains as the British matchplay champion

Sean Homer won the British Matchplay Championship for the second year in a row, at Pirate Cove Adventure Golf Course in Bluewater Park, Kent.

Sean Homer defeated Michael Smith in the final match, after a tied score and five lanes of sudden death play-off.

Also the bronze match went into a sudden death play-off. Brad Shepherd took the third place by defeating Chris Smith at the second play-off lane.
