WMF Technical Committee was hosted on January 31 – February 2 by BGC Neutraubling, the organizer or Minigolf European Championships 2014 in Neutraubling, Germany.

The annual TC meeting took place on Saturday and Sunday. On the agenda were several regular topics such as evaluation of the 2013 championships, planning of the 2014 championships, evaluation of applications for future championships, rules and regulations discussions , motions from member nations etc.

As 2014 is not a year of WMF Delegates Conference, the focus was not so much on upcoming motions and proposals, but rather on practical issues like for example improving the refereeing internationally and assisting organizers better in their constantly growing tasks with international championships.

The long Saturday and half of the Sunday went smoothly in constructive atmosphere in the cozy premises of Minigolfcenter Neutraubling thanks to excellent hospitality provided by the club. On Saturday evening we had a chance to visit the old town of Regensburg, which can warmly be recommended also to the participants of EC 2014. Once again thanks to the staff of BGCN for all your help and a great weekend.

WMF TC is looking forward to yet another intensive and high-class international minigolf year 2014 and wishes to see many old and new friends on the minigolf courses of the world during the year!
