With most of 2018 sitting before us like a freshly swept lane, we wanted everyone to know about the variety of opportunities there are to get involved with Minigolfnews.com and the world of miniature golf. We hope that some of you take us up on these so we can continue to thrive in 2018. Even if you only commit a little bit you'll be helping us extend the reach of minigolf as a sport and leisure activity so that we can continue to grow it around the world.

Contributor Opportunities
If you are interested in contributing to the content we post on the site we have the following three ways you can be involved. Email our editor for more information at patsheridan@minigolfnews.com

Blogger: Want to share some personal insights on playing in miniature golf tournaments, running tournaments or organizations or being in the minigolf industry? This is the forum for you then. You can do blog posts as often as you'd like highlighting your personal journey through the minigolf world. Any viewpoint is welcome and we're especially looking for folks who can bring a unique perspective to our readership, something you can't just get from reading about results of tournaments.

Reporter: Are you involved in running miniature golf tournaments or leagues? Do you want to support tournaments or leagues you play in that don't otherwise have an internet presence? We'd love to have you provide wrap up articles of the events with the results. It's the best way to let the world know how great the event was. You provide the content and pictures and we'll provided the editing.

Informant: Not interested in writing full articles but still have information to share? We can work with you to write the articles for you based on the info you can give us.

Don't be intimidated if you've never done anything like this before. We'll provide guidance and support as you get your writing legs underneath you.

Advertising/Sponsorship Opportunities
If you're interested in reaching the minigolf world through advertising or other sponsorship opportunities, we have the following two ways you can be involved. Minigolfnews.com is a non-profit minigolf media channel of the WMF and all financial support will go directly to the minigolf promotion and costs of maintaining the website. Everyone who contributes to Minigolfnews.com, all authors and editors, are volunteers so your support to defer the costs of hosting the site are greatly appreciated. Email our editor for more information at patsheridan@minigolfnews.com.

Banner Sponsor: For a reasonable annual fee you can put a banner on one of the columns on the site. Thank you goes out to the sponsors who have already supporting our minigolf cause!

Sponsored Article: For a reasonable one-time fee we can do an article focused on your business or minigolf opportunity. You can either craft the article and have it reviewed by us or we can work with you to develop the content. It will be noted as sponsored content when we post it on the site and it will be posted on our Facebook site as well.

We hope there is a way for everyone to contribute in 2018 so we can make it a great minigolf year! Don't forget to follow us on Facebook and Twitter and share the love on those social networks as well!
