Auburn, Maine - On August 11th, Tabers Restaurant and Minigolf held their 5th annual Maine MiniGolf Open. There a solid turnout for the tournament with 36 golfers including 2 from as far away as Connecticut. Ben Cassidy took first place with a blistering -3 78 for 36 holes. Perennial favorite Ken Daigle was a close second at 81. Rounding out the top five was prior open champion Colin Merritt (84), Justin Seymour (84), and Justin Pelletier (85). The prize payout was as follows: 1st place $500, 2nd $300, 3rd $100. A great time was had by all!
