Hi All,

I haven't included Francesco Leuci, Pierluigi Marchiani and Michele Graffeo because they can be selected for Elite Team in 2010 for EC in Predazzo (in 2009 they will play with the senior team).
Max Crespi stopped playing after WC 2007 like Erik said.
Antonella Flamini, Ornella Campora, Anna Catanzaro are actually included only for the senior ladies team.
