Richard Gottfried won the national British tournament at Playgolf minigolf course in Manchester, 5 points ahead of Chris Harding. Paul Johnson was third, one point behind Harding.

Playgolf Manchester minigolf course has 9 lanes only, and the tournament included 3 rounds (3 x 9 lanes). The average scores were relatively high, however (winner Gottfried played average 27.00), as the lanes are 10 ... 20 m long, and often without any possible route from start to hole with one shot.

The lanes of Playgolf Manchester are designed in golf style, and each lane borrows its shape from a hole in some famous real golf course.
