It's a tight competition in many classes where the really amazing game is so far not present. In the men’s class its Pierre Zetterlund of Tantogården who has the lead by one stroke landing on 148 after having the best overall average on felt (28.0) but a more mediocre average on eternit (21,3). Still this is enough to be in the top.
In second position we find Fredrik Persson of Granhyddan with 149. These two are the only with a blue average so far. Before the competition it was expected that maybe 5-6 players should be on blue average since the felt is quite easy and the eternit is also quite easy.
Other players that we expect in the top are Lars Brown (150), Anders Olsson (151), , Hans Olofsson (152), and Jonas Gustavsson (154), . Best in total the second day was Linus Sundström with 20, 26, 20 which gives him a total of 153, .
In the ladies class the leader is Karin Wiklund, Uppsala on 155. She took a firm grip on the competition this afternoon after finishing on felt with a 28 leaving all her opponents behind. Closest a second position is Jessica Rengbrandt, Granhyddan with 159. Sandra Weaver had a troublesome day on the felt with a 32 and a 34 and is third on 160.
The juniors are lead by Dino Medenhodzic, Skoghalls BGK (153) among the boys and Frida Elmdahl, Växjö BGK (166) by the girls.
In the old-timers classes the leaders are Lennart Gustavsson, Gullbergsbro and Linda Lundberg also Gullbergsbro with 154 and 158.
Three perfect 18 rounds have been made so far. By Linda Lundberg, John Widlert and Dan Trulsson. » Live results
