Czech MOS Association has announced plans to organize a high-profile adventure golf competition on 28–29 August 2010, with some top players arriving from United States. EMF European Championships are played during the same week, at the beton and eternite courses of Predazzo, Italy.

The tournament organizer Honza Prokop explains that the date was chosen by finding a suitable weekend, which will not have important adventure golf competitions in any other part of the world. The date conflict with EMF European Championships is not seen as a problem, because this competition is expected to appeal to a very different group of players than the EMF event. The competition will not have any official connections to Czech Minigolf Federation, WMF or EMF.

A small number of minigolf leaders in various countries believe that cooperation with WMF is not currently a comfortable or interesting solution to their ambitions of organizing high-profile adventure golf tournaments in authentic golf style.
