Around this time of the year the transfer period in most countries is in full speed. At least it looks like that in the capital of Sweden. Yet another player found the way to Tantogårdens BGK (Stockholm, Sweden).
Emma Löf - member of the Swedish Junior team in the past two years - decided to follow the footsteps of Markus Berger, Kosti Salonen, Mia Nilsson, Teemu Koponen and Malin Löf towards Tantogårdens BGK. It seems like the Swedish and European Champion of 2004 is trying everything to get back to the top after a few disappointing years without International tournaments.
The soon to be 19-year old Emma started her career in 1995 and has been a member of SK Skönsberg ever since. She has recently started with the education she wanted and she will be moving to Stockholm at the end of January 2009.
Last summer, she started to work as a minigolf instructor for the Swedish Federation. Children's joy at the courses was something she really enjoyed, and she could actually learn a few things herself, as to not forget the importance of having fun on the track.
Tanto stated to be very pleased that she chose to take the next step forward in her career. "Tantogården is a good club with good players and great team mentality. Hopefully I can grow and develop myself as a player, too" Malin says at Tanto's official website.
One of Emma's main objectives will be of course the Swedish Championships in Kungälv, but also her first competition for Tantogården at the Swedish Cup in Olofström. » Original article at Tantogårdens website (Swedish)
