About Us

History
After some dormant time, the site is now the official media partner of the World Minigolf Sport Federation (WMF). Pat Sheridan from the USA has been the Editor-in-Chief since the site was relaunched in 2016. This site was from the beginning developed by four dedicated Minigolf Sport fans in their free and spare time. Those four were:
  • Hans Bergström, Sweden
  • Martin Lundell, Sweden
  • John Mittler, Finland
  • Erik Tiekstra, Netherlands
These four started a company to run the site. After a year also Paolo Porta Italy joined the team and John took a half step back leaving the company but not the team. In November 2011 Martin, Paolo and Erik decided to leave the company and in 2014 the site went on hiatus.

Why this site?
When the site was started, we were lacking a common site where the whole world of Minigolf could read news, study the latest results, see what's coming up, discuss in a Minigolf related Forum and read interesting Minigolf Bloggers. We all agreed that easiest way to accomplished this was doing it in the English language.

The revival of the site will continue to carry on the objectives of communicating to the world competitive minigolf news. In addition, we’re looking to expand our content to show the world all of the other ways minigolf benefits the community and continues to be one of the most accessible, family friend, sports around.

The site is currently supported by the WMF. However, we are always looking for ways to offset the costs of maintaining the site so WMF funds can be used in other minigolf venues. If you are interesting in having a banner on our site and reaching miniature golf enthusiasts around the globe, please let us know.
