14 years old Adam Kelly became one of the youngest tournament winners in BMGA history, as he won London Open at Lammas Park adventure golf course on 10 October 2009. (The youngest winner in BMGA history is Rocky Bullin, who won Midland Open 2006 at the age of 11 years.)
Adam Kelly played average 36.50 in the two rounds of this tournament. Four players shared the second best average 39.00, 5 points behind the winner: Richard Gottfried won the sudden death play-off for second place, David Corkett landed 3rd, Jon Angel 4th and Alan Norman 5th.
