Rick Baird shoots third perfect 18-round in PPA history

Rick Baird, from Charlotte, North Carolina shot a perfect 18 in the second round of the PPA Virginia Tour event held 9 April 2011 on Course #3 in Richmond, Virginia. Baird's perfect round is only the third in PPA history.

The last perfect 18 in PPA history was shot in 1979. The first was shot in 1973. Since the last perfect 18 was shot, there have been 18 rounds of 19. The 53 year old Baird turned pro in 1984. He won the PPA National Championship in 2007.
