
Nick Kwaterski second time winner at Red Putter Pro

Tenth Annual Red Putter Pro gathered 72 players from all over country.
Players had to qualify for event playing round of 41 or less on par 42
course.
The tournament opening round put on leadership board Nate Gomoll
with 33 (only 2 strokes less then course record set by Mark Schroeder- 2009
Red Putter Pro winner), Matthew McCaslin 34, Paul Nelson 35, followed by score
36 from Nick Kwaterski, Mark Schroeder and Michael Hayford.
After two rounds
Matthew McCaslin was leading with 70 points, followed by Nick-71, Nate
Gomoll 72, Chris Hookers 73, and Daniel McCaslin 74 and Paul Nelson 74.
Competition was tight and after three rounds Nick was leading by one point,
leaving Matthew in 2nd place. Chris Hookers finished his last round with 34
earning 3rd place.
USD 1500 was prize money for 1st along with winners Red
Jacket, 500 for second place and 100 for 3rd. Best round also was awarded
USD 100 which resulted in sudden death replay for best round between Chris
Hookers and Nate Gomoll. Both players tied on Bear hole but winning ace was
achieved by Chris earning him extra USD 100 and trophy.
All winners and lady players were awarded Red Putter Pro player polo shirts.
