This weekend the Pombal’s felt course, where was played the EYC 05, received the Portuguese Teams National Championship. This competition is played in a single weekend of six rounds With a rainy but warm weather only 4 of the 6 programmed rounds were played.

In the men competition MC Portugal took the lead in the first round and ended with 791 strokes, less 55 than the second place, CM Porto which was defending the title, that had a total of 846 strokes.

In the ladies competition CM Costa Nova renewed the title with 459 strokes. In the beginning of the last round the difference between the first and the second place, CM Porto with 471 strokes, was only 1 stroke.

Was also tied the kids competition, where MC Lamego was better than the second place CM Porto. On the other hand the senior competition was won by CM Porto with the large difference of 42 strokes.
