The Swedish Senior Player Lars-Göran Berg did an amazing achievement the 5th of August on his home course in Nyköping Sweden. On a local evening competition he scored 20 strokes on felt outdoors his second round.
He started the round by acing the first 12 lanes. Then a two on lane 13 and 17 and the rest was aces. The course is relatively easy with a PAR of 27,3. The competition is too small for the result to be counted as an official Swedish Record.
Lars-Göran won the Swedish Championship for Old-timers on felt earlier this summer and seems to have kept his form into August.
The Swedish Record on Felt is held by Filip Svensson with 21 strokes done earlier this year. The World record is 22 and is held by Manfred Lindmayr set in Tessaloniki, Greece, 1994. World Record can only be set in World Championships, Continental Championships like European or the Europa-Cup.
