The Austrian player Hannes Hahsler, Knittelfeld, won the men’s class in the 2010 Sochi Open. Hahsler had the same end result as another Austrian player Patrick Riener but won after sudden death.
In fact there were four Austrian players in the top of the men’s category. Also Christian Gobetz and Christian Adler were in front of the best Russian player Igor Pantelimonov from Sochi.
In the ladies category the so successful youth trainer was the winner. Tatiana Chesnova won over two of her pupils Siranush Balasanyan and Nataliya Machekhina.
