Last weekend the 2013 Russian Championships was played on felt and eternit in Cheboksary.
The eternity was quite challenging and the felt was a bit easier. All in all the best players played 4 rounds of eternity and 4 rounds of felt.
The most excitement was in the gold fight in the men's class where the two top players bothg ended in a nervous way. With 3 lanes to go on the felt course the last lap Sergey Kovyliaev where in the lead with two shots. But after ending a 2-2-3 he won with 3 since Sergey Fokin his mail rival for the gold ended with 3-3-2.
