Hello fellow minigolfers,
After a long history of using this site to spread the world of minigolf we will be shutting the doors to future news pieces and blog posts.

The landscape of the Internet has changed a lot since this website was founded and then taken over by the WMF in 2016. The ability to create local websites has become much more simple and social media has evolved into something used by so many more clubs, federations and courses these days then compared to 10 years ago.

As a result it has become more difficult to get content that is specific to the site and much of our recent news has been repurposed from other areas already, specifically the WMF main site. As a result we are opening a new page on the WMF site that will capture some of the minigolf news that is not directly associated to major international tournaments or WMF specific programs. You can find that page at the link below.

We know that another feature we have had over the years is the ability for people in the field to blog and provide their personal insights into the sport. That pipeline has also slowed down over the years, however we are also willing to work with folks to provide more voices about minigolf. You can reach out to chair-media@minigolfsport.com to connect on ideas.

We thank everyone for the work that has gone into this site in its long history. We will be archiving everything for the future, just not adding to it going forward.
