Rain washed away half of the first day of German Bundesliga 2009-2010, at the beton course of TMV Berlin. Only two competition rounds were counted to the total scores of this day, instead of the originally planned 4 rounds.
BGS Hardenberg took the lead in men’s league, with one point better total score (357) than the second best team MGC Dormagen-Brechten (358). 15 points behind Brechten came the home team TMV Berlin in third place (373), followed by SG Arheilgen (376), Niendorfer MC (379) and MGC Mainz (387).
Women’s German Bundesliga has only five teams this year, instead of the typical six teams, as BGC Neutraubling has retreated from the league. MGC Mainz was the best in Berlin, with total score 196 points, followed by MGC Göttingen (200), MSC Bensheim Auerbach (213), and in tied points MC Möve Cuxhaven (220) and MSK Olching (220).

The best female players were Kathrin Neumann (average 30.50), and in tied points Bianca Oberweg, Alexandra von dem Knesebeck and Nicole Gundert-Greiffendorf (33.00). » results » DMV news report with photos » photos of all German Bundesliga teams 2009-2010
