No player had ever scored 18 at the difficult eternite course of Tampere,
until Daniel Klosek of Germany broke the spell on Saturday 10 May 2008.
Last year in Canegrate, the course record of eternite remained at 19 points
after Nations Cup and World Championships.
The latest policies of WMF recommend that minigolf courses should be difficult and challenging
at international major tournaments. Very easy lanes such as net, volcano or wall (on beton) still remain, though.
