World Championships 2009 in Odense (Denmark) and Seniors European Championships 2009 in Lamego (Portugal) are planning to use the same electronic scorekeeping system as was used in Tampere 2008.
Players mark their scores with a mobile phone, instead of the traditional paper scorecards. Electronic scorekeeping system makes it possible to follow the score situation of all players live, hole by hole, on the Internet website and on screens at the competition venue. » instructions for using the electronic scorekeeping system » website of Minigolf Results Service » memorandum of WMF Technical Committee meeting 31 Jan 2009
