Anders Gudmundstuen upgraded his silver medal of last year into gold this year, at Norwegian eternite championships 2009. Anders played average score 22.50 in 8 rounds, at the eternite course of Torshov.
Lars Kvael took silver in men with average 23.25, 6 points behind Gudmundstuen and 1 point ahead of bronze medalist Kjell Nyhus.
Women’s competition included only two participants, but high quality compensated the low quantity. Women’s winner Nora Fause was the second best player of the entire tournament, with average 23.00. Annie Haaland got silver with average 29.00.
Emilie Magnussen surfed alone to victory in schoolgirls category, with average 41.25. Medalists in senior men were Finn Hovind (average 23.25), Nils Kr. Hagen (24.13) and Morten Holteng (25.50). » results
