Daniel Christ of FCU Ulzburg (Germany) was the last man standing after Danish Matchplay cup competition, played on 8–9 March 2008 at the indoor eternite course of Putter Team Odense, Denmark.

In the first round of the cup finals, Daniel survived a match against the fourth best player of preliminary rounds, living minigolf legend Gabriele Rahmlow of SV Lurup (Germany).

The second place in the cup competition went to Udo Rathje of Niendorfer MC (Germany). Danish players Ole Rasmussen and Dennis Prip Hansen tied the third place, losing their semi-final matches to Daniel Christ and Udo Rathje.
