The March 2013 WMF World ranking list has been published, however a bit late. As usual in the March ranking list there are no major changes since no big international tournament has been played since last ranking list in November. One change though that has happened is that some players due to the year-end has passed up into an older age category. This is the eight times WMF has published this rankings since the start in November 2009.
On the ladies side Bianca Zodrow defends her top position from November. The 2012 rocket on the list, Anne Bollrich is still in the silver position. On bronze we find the always reliable bronze medalist from Porto Natasja Klarenbeek.
The best newcomer on the ladies list, former junior Sara Karlsson of Sweden, ends up in position 13.
The five best ladies of the March 2013 WMF rankings are (last rankings in brackets):
1. Bianca Zodrow, Germany 5092 points (1)
2. Anne Bollrich, Germany 4694 points (2)
3. Natasja Klarenbeek, Netherlands 4347 points (3)
4. Karin Heschl, Austria 4207 points (4)
5. Elisabeth Gruber, Austria 4019 points (5)
At the men’s side Günter Inmann of Austria is still found in top. The 2011 world match play champion and top ranked player, Germanys Walter Erlbruch is in second position. On third place is Filiph Svensson of Sweden.

The best newcomer on the mens list, former junior Robin Hettrich of Germany, ends up in position 26.
On the juniors girls list Germanys Vanessa Peuker is still in top before team mate Katarina Benn and Austrias Lara Jehle.
In the boy’s category Philipp Lau is the top ranked. Swedens Derice Shumilov Susoho is in second position and Swizterlands Jan Anderegg is in third.
On the seniors list Germanys Gaby Rahmlow is still in the top. Czech Republic’s Dagmar Hirschmannova is in second and Greta Janssens of Belgium is in third.
On the senior men’s list Austria’s Reinhard Schuster is found at the top position by before Italys Franscesco Leuciand Germanys Karl-Heinz Gerwert in third position.
Best nation in all categories are still Germany.
